Lynne owns Perennial Passions, a West coast garden design business that’s growing like a weed. To help her manage her business, she’s got all of her clients in BatchBook. Lynne’s added custom fields to indicate each client’s favorite plants, and what the growing conditions of their areas are.
She also uses the “Add attachment” feature on a client’s contact record to upload before and after images of property, design ideas, and sketches she’s made while out in the field.
