A SuperTag is a tag with a lot more power (hence, the super hero status!). By turning an ordinary tag into a SuperTag, you can group contacts together and create custom fields for that tag.
With SuperTags, you can choose from different field types, including text, number, true or false, phone number, email address, website, date and multiple choice.
SuperTags:
- Allow you to track custom information about a specific group of contacts
- Ensure you’re tracking the same information for a certain type of contact (customers, vendors, etc.)
- Can be included in Lists and Reports
- Are easily searchable via the tag cloud
The SuperTagging possibilities are endless! Just start by tagging similar groups of contacts together and determine what information you would like to add about those contacts. Then behold the power of the SuperTag!
