It’s great to have all your contact information in one place, but it’s even better to be able to do something with it. The Lists & Reports tab allows you to build a list from your contacts to easily generate mailing labels, or export lists of email addresses to send out targeted mail using your email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.). You can then save your List to re-use as often as you'd like (say for a monthly customer mailing or for holiday cards).
You can also create customized, printable reports from your contact data. Use these reports to generate call lists, add to presentations or to take notes when you’re traveling, in the field, or working off-line.
Lists & Reports allows you to:
- Create targeted mailing labels or email lists from your contact records
- Track who you've communicated with, when and why
- Better manage communications with clients, customers, vendors, etc.
