BatchBlue Pricing
We’ve got several accounts to choose from depending on what you need. Please note that accounts can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time, and paid accounts include a 30-day free trial period.
All BatchBook accounts use SSL encryption, include To-Do email reminders, have mega storage and are month-to-month with no contracts or long-term commitment. Should you need to, you can always change your account level at any time via the “Your Plan” tab in the “Your Account” section.
As an added bonus, all paid accounts get two free hours of one-on-one consultation with a Customer On-Boarding Specialist who will help get you started using your new BatchBook account.

More About the Plans
Indigo: The Indigo plan is the platinum of our BatchBook plans. With an unlimited number of users, storage space and contact records, it’s a good choice for larger companies and power users of BatchBook.
Royal Blue: The Royal Blue plan allows up to 40 people who can be added as users of your BatchBook account, an unlimited number of contact records, and 10 GB of storage space. It’s good to be King.
Deep Blue: Taking a deeper dive into contact management? The Deep Blue plan allows you to grant access to up to 15 other users and has an unlimited number of contacts. With 5 GB of storage, it’s a great choice for folks with lots of images, icons, logos, etc. that they need to attach to their contact records.
Navy Blue: The classic Navy Blue plan allows you and two other people of your choosing access to an unlimited number of contacts as well as unlimited SuperTags in your BatchBook account. The most popular of our plans, Navy goes with just about everything.
Baby Blue: The Baby Blue plan is a great option for consultants, free-lancers or small businesses where just one person needs to access the account. And you can’t beat the price, which is... free!
* A SuperTag is a tag with a lot more power (hence, the super hero status!). By turning an ordinary tag into a SuperTag, you can group contacts together and create custom fields for that tag. (back to top)
