VP of Product Development, BatchBlue Software, LLC

Keri is the VP of Product Development for BatchBlue Software She also provides Quality Assurance (Q/A) and technical project management for BatchBlue’s web-based applications. As such, she's responsible for the planning and execution of all product development as well as overseeing product testing and implementation. She does a lot!  

Keri’s dot-com journey began in 1996 in the Customer Service department at Amazon.com, where she helped establish, train, and manage Amazon’s first telecommuting community of customer service representatives. Since then, she’s provided technical and account support for The Cobalt Group and, most recently, Q/A and operational support for Rhode Island’s own InsureMyTrip.com.

A native Rhode Islander, Keri received her BA in English and writing from the nearby Framingham State College and, most recently, an MA in secondary education from Rhode Island College. In addition to the wonderful wide world of Webly endeavors, Keri’s other passions include family, education, hiking, music, thrifting, quilting, and all manner of crafty pursuits.
