Like all of us at BatchBlue, Bradford is passionate about small businesses. He grew up helping out in the family business, spending time working in and managing all different aspects of the business, including implementing and managing CRM software. His passion and experience inspired him to start a blog (AllBizAnswers.com), where he shares his thoughts on everything from inspiring sales to providing stellar customer service.
Bradford came to us by way of Twitter, where we regularly ran into him on our #sbbuzz Twitter chat. He still actively seeks to help out entrepreneurs through his blog and podcast.
Bradford lives in an Erie Canal town in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. He and his wife have three children. Brad's interests outside of business include hiking, reading, and volunteering in his community. He is currently involved in efforts to revitalize his downtown.

- Besides Batchbook (I was a fan before I joined the team), MailChimp - because it puts the fun into email marketing, and Stevco Fundraising, the Upstate New York's best fundraising company, run by my dad and my brother.

- The dashboard, because I am always doing more than one thing at a time.
